Hi aug 5 before heading to the water park i had paid for parking paid $30 for myself and $30 for my sis in law . When we got there there was no more parking inside the park. We ended up parking outside the park . I was wondering if i can get a refund?

Rides and park

The ride pulley belt was down after waiting in line 1 hour then went to next slide to get to the slide to WAIT AGAIN 45 minutes then we were next in line to go down aquarium slides then was closed for lighting !! I know cant help act of God but was not happy for the money we spent and lines were way more than 20 minute wait.Glad we did not go add the quick pass we would not even got to use it. arrival time 10:40-3:00 !

The park is a little be pricey on tickets, then parking is $30, lockers don't even think about it, and add the all day eat at $45 per person, all together is way too much. Park is nice but need more showers on the bathrooms and some places smell bad. The fun card advertising it's a little confusing, I thought it was for Aquatica and SeaWorld, but you will need a fun card for each park.

Heartless company. Will never recommend.

I thought this place was a place of family not greed. I bought two annual passes, I usually go to Universal as a pass holder and boy I cant wait to go back. The person I bought the pass for is no longer in my life and all I asked is to have the name changed ONE time on the account so that my almost $500 can be used. Instead, all the workers were heartless and not compassionate at all.

Me and my five other friends will go back to Universal. Where they actually take care of their customers. All THIS company cares about is money. Aquatica, Seaworld, Adventure Island, Busch Gardensthey are greedy.

As a loyal renewal customer of theme parks, this company is not family oriented and I am highly disappointed as I was hoping for a great experience. So Im forced to pay for a service that I do not have access to. I am being forced to pay for an annual pass that cannot even be touched.

Cynthia was rude and I really dont recommend the company. Spend your thousands of dollars elsewhere.

Annual Pass

Horrible experience. I usually get annual passes to Universal and I shouldve just kept it with them.

The person I bought an annual pass for is no longer is my life. All I wanted was to change the name of the pass ONE TIME to someone who can use it but instead Im forced to pay $300+ for a service that I cant not even use. The company is heartless and will not recommend. Cynthia was snotty.

Me and my group of five will get passes elsewhere after Im done paying for the worthless pass that these greedy people only care about. This is not a family theme park this is a place who only wants your money.

Staff at the cabana area never once checked on any of the people at the cabanas including our cabana. Employees never checked other ppl for quick que passes and ppl were allowed to go in-front of us on rides without the front line passes. The entire park smelled like urine. It was disgusting. Not worth over $800.00 thats for sure.

The park does not have enough staff or supplies to cope with the numbers they allow. No answer from them about my wait for 75 minutes in the sun at 99 degrees for a drink. And no ice for drinks at 12:30. Two locations did not open until 12:00. No water fountains. Heat exhaustion or stroke is very likely. Several rude employees sealed it for me. I am 65 and this was the worst park experience in my life. Im a retired medical professional and I see someone dying due to Aquaticas poor organization. Their only focus appears to be making money.

I waited 75 minutes in the sun in 100 degrees to buy a drink. I was told the machine would not give my platinum discount, there was no ice (12:00), the manager told me I didnt have to come to the park after I told her it was unsafe for people to not be able to get drinks on such hot days and that anytime someone could die from heat stroke. I am 65 years old and a retired medical professional.

The park doesnt provide enough fluids availability on a hot day to be within safe operating guidelines. Took me more than one hour in the sun to buy a warm coke because they were out of ice. Several small kiosks didnt even open until 12:00 to serve.

We arrived at the park approximately 10:15am and rain started at approximately 12:15pm. We rode two water slides.

The weather then turned sunny, but the rides never opened due to incoming weather! We were forced to leave the park at approximately 3:00pm due to thunder and lightening. We traveled all the way from Cincinnati Ohio to experience the park which we were unable to due to the weather! We travel back to Cincinnati oh Wednesday.

We arent necessarily asking for a refund, but a credit to revisit the park at another day within the next year to get the best experience of the park.

Please let me know if this is due able! Thanks for your time!

Waste of my money

Im from Georgia and I came to aquatics with a group of 35or more we get to the park on7-2-2022 as soon as we get there at 1:39-1:45 everything was closed down by 2:00 which left us with not being able to enjoy the park we spent over 1,000 buy tickets to have gun but we didnt even get in the water I honestly feel as if when you entering the park and they know the weather is bad why were they still allowing guest to continue to enter but Im sorry I spent too much money and didnt get to enjoy not to include $30 a dad for parking when we had 6 cars can someone please contact me were here on vacation and this is not a way to enjoy
