Annual Pass
Heartless company. Will never recommend.
I thought this place was a place of family not greed. I bought two annual passes, I usually go to Universal as a pass holder and boy I cant wait to go back. The person I bought the pass for is no longer in my life and all I asked is to have the name changed ONE time on the account so that my almost $500 can be used. Instead, all the workers were heartless and not compassionate at all.
Me and my five other friends will go back to Universal. Where they actually take care of their customers. All THIS company cares about is money. Aquatica, Seaworld, Adventure Island, Busch Gardensthey are greedy.
As a loyal renewal customer of theme parks, this company is not family oriented and I am highly disappointed as I was hoping for a great experience. So Im forced to pay for a service that I do not have access to. I am being forced to pay for an annual pass that cannot even be touched.
Cynthia was rude and I really dont recommend the company. Spend your thousands of dollars elsewhere.

Annual Pass
Horrible experience. I usually get annual passes to Universal and I shouldve just kept it with them.
The person I bought an annual pass for is no longer is my life. All I wanted was to change the name of the pass ONE TIME to someone who can use it but instead Im forced to pay $300+ for a service that I cant not even use. The company is heartless and will not recommend. Cynthia was snotty.
Me and my group of five will get passes elsewhere after Im done paying for the worthless pass that these greedy people only care about. This is not a family theme park this is a place who only wants your money.

Verified Buyer |Need refund due to weather
We arrived at the park approximately 10:15am and rain started at approximately 12:15pm. We rode two water slides.
The weather then turned sunny, but the rides never opened due to incoming weather! We were forced to leave the park at approximately 3:00pm due to thunder and lightening. We traveled all the way from Cincinnati Ohio to experience the park which we were unable to due to the weather! We travel back to Cincinnati oh Wednesday.
We arent necessarily asking for a refund, but a credit to revisit the park at another day within the next year to get the best experience of the park.
Please let me know if this is due able! Thanks for your time!

Im from Georgia and I came to aquatics with a group of 35or more we get to the park on7-2-2022 as soon as we get there at 1:39-1:45 everything was closed down by 2:00 which left us with not being able to enjoy the park we spent over 1,000 buy tickets to have gun but we didnt even get in the water I honestly feel as if when you entering the park and they know the weather is bad why were they still allowing guest to continue to enter but Im sorry I spent too much money and didnt get to enjoy not to include $30 a dad for parking when we had 6 cars can someone please contact me were here on vacation and this is not a way to enjoy
